I am currently working on a up-sell ( if a customer has X product, sell Y) opportunity identification. There is sales transaction historical data for 4 years. The first approach would be ldentify customer with older product (X) and how many of them have Y. The X-Y are up-sell target. This is a general approach.
Is there any technique/methodolgy that can be applied for up-sell opportunity and arrive at priotized target list
